hello! my name is Cicada, and you've stumbled upon my website!

this place serves as a nice safe spot for me to ramble about my interests and hobbies, mess around with html and css, and generally have fun! for a little about me, the webmaster, I am an artist of both traditional, digital, and sculpture varieties; a huge horror nerd; a collector of various things both online and offline; a hashtagged Gamer; a host for the world's okayest (plural) system; and a cat and an earwig and The Thing from The Thing (1982). you'll probably see bits of those things as you browse!

as I write this, there isn't much on this site currently, so this little intro section is a bit lacking too. it'll get updated as I make more pages and have more to introduce. regardless, I hope you enjoy your stay here!

August 3rd, 2026 -> created simple first site button and added it to Links, as well as adding more sites to the Other Sites area
