WebAIM Resources : website accessability resources and tools that are very good and important. I frequently use the Color Contrast Checker myself!

pixelsafari : a collection of many pixel graphics, particularly favicons!
GRAPHY : a large collection of various graphics that tend to be on the "cuter" side of things
GIFCITY : a carrd site with a large amount of graphics of various kinds on it!
GIFCities : a project by the Internet Archive that pulls gifs from old archived Geocities sites! unrelated to the carrd above
99GIF Shop : a collection of retro-looking gifs, presented in a shopping-like context! all are free to use though!
The Horror GIF Necronomicon : A collection of gifs with themes of horror, Halloween, and general spookiness
Bonnibel's Graphic Collection : another large collection of gifs/images!
Geoblinkies : similar to GIFCities, a collection of gifs (mainly blinkies) from old Geocities sites
Busy Beaver Button Museum : website for a museum that collects pinback buttons! lots of interesting buttons here, may be fun to add some to your graphics collection!
Rotating Sandwiches : gifs of rotating sandwiches. the pinncale of graphics
Stamp Studio : make 99x56px stamps! works on mobile!
Gerudo Valley Blinkie Maker / blinkies.cafe : make your own blinkies using templates (or your own template, with Gerudo Valley)
Hekate's Button Maker : a simple little tool to make 88x31px buttons!
3D GIF Maker : make various animated GIFs out of images or other gifs!
petpet : make custom "petpet" gifs from images
Sparkletext Generator : make animated (or nonanimated) sparkly text!
Ezgif : the best GIF maker/editor out there
xkcd 2501 generator : bit of a silly one, but make custom xkcd memes using this!
DaFont : a big collection of user-made fonts, with many free to use under Creative Commons!
Tentacool's Fontcity : a bunch of fonts hosted by Tentacool that you can use without downloading!
Solaria's Google Fonts : a big collection of fonts from Google Fonts, but replaced with fonts.bunny.net for less tracking. you're able to preview them in a variety of ways!

jspaint : a recreation of mspaint that you can use in your browser!
clipart.studio : a website that allows you to make collages from magazines in the Internet Archive and images from Wikimedia Commons!
Dithermark : easily apply dithering to photos
AdorkaStock : a great pose reference/stock photo website!
Line Of Action : another reference site! most notable for having a timer feature that can help you improve with getting basics of anatomy done quicker
Figurosity : another pose reference site, this time with 3D models
Human Anatomy Ref Search / Animal Photo Ref Search : some interesting websites where you can pose a 3D model, and the site attempts to find some images of a human or animal in that pose
Afro Index : a site full of references for various Black hairstyles!
Morpho Books : a collection of the Morpho books by Michel Lauricella on Internet Archive. they cover things like clothing & folds, and form & anatomy (particulary how to draw fat bodies). I've seen them highly recommended for artists who want to improve at anatomy & drawing clothes
Compare Heights : a site where you can compare various heights! good for keeping characters on-model when compared for each other. you could even theoretically use ctrl + i to replace the figure image with your own images!
Floorplanner : a site where you can make plans for houses and other living spaces! good for keeping drawn houses consistent. you need an account for all features, but its otherwise completely free
Onelook Thesaurus : a handy tool for finding words you may've forgotten in the moment
Greene's Dictionary Of Slang : as it says, a dictionary for (mostly English) slang over a long time!
Food Timeline : also as it says, a timeline of when certain foods were invented/first made! handy reference for historical writing or worldbuilding
Triangle Relationship Generator : a site where you can make relationship graphs for many different characters at once!
World Orogen : procedurally generate a whole planet that you can tweak in many different ways!
Fantasy Map Generator : what it says on the tin: a very good fantasy map generator!
Vulgarlang : generate a fantasy language based around real linguistics rules!
Recommendations
Paranatural : a comic about middle schoolers with powers and spirits of various moralities. except its a lot more than that. its very good, I promise
Runaway To The Stars : a sci-fi slice of life comic with really good art and worldbuilding!
Waves Always Crash : a comic about cats and war. mind the content warnings
Destiny Conviction : a fantasy-ish comic about family and cycles
Jumalanpelko : a comic about cats, cults, and death
Ophidia : a comic about foxes and the end of the world
Sinister Minds : have you ever wanted to listen to a concept album about a washed up Lord X (aka Sonic.exe) having an existential crisis and regrets about the things he did as an evil murder demon that's actually kind of phenomenal? yes you do. you should listen to Sinister Minds
Hospice (The Antlers) : an album about a relationship between a hospice worker and their patient, as an allegory for abuse. the most devastating album I've ever listened to I think. warning for descriptions of domestic abuse, medical imagery, and death.
The Post-Traumatic Manifesto (Weevildoing) : a vocal synth album about various issues, but mostly mental health, presented by various characters all named "[x] Girl"
Games/Fun
corru.observer : a very good game with gorgeous art you can play in your browser, about digging through an alien's computer-like device. warning for eyestrain and flashing though
Hexplant : you play as a hypothetical plant who can only grow so far away from water. find the purple tile to win!
Brush 째무 : how many times can you brush the cat before it catches you?
gradient.horse : draw a horse and watch it run!
list animals until failure : list as many animals as you can within the time limit. trickier than it seems, and has many fun easter eggs for duplicates and technicalities
Metazooa & Metaflora : like wordle, but for guessing animal and plant species!
Neal.fun : a website featuring many small games and other fun things!
R74n : another site with games and funs things :]
Orb.Farm : manage a little orbular aquarium
Nationstates : create and manage your own nation, and interact with other nations
2025 : make 45 groups of 45 items by sorting random words and phrases together
Cookie Clicker : a classic, but it'd be criminal not to mention it. click for cookies!
Your AI Slop Bores Me : pretend to be an AI model and answer writing/drawing prompts (or pretend to be someone giving an AI model writing/drawing prompts)
Paint Toys : play around with various paint related games/simulators!
Maze Toys : daily maze puzzles, along with some extra challenge mazes
Misc
The Internet Archive : The Internet Archive. an archive of so much knowledge and things that would otherwise be lost. what else can you say about it?
cobalt : a website where you can download videos or audio from (most) social media sites
Library Of Babel : an infinite collection of letters. you may find some sense in all the chaos!
iNaturalist : a site where you can submit photos of animals and have them identified/indentify others and help researchers. also a good place to get art references of animals and see silly photos too
Holotypic Occlupanid Research Group (HORG) : a site discussing the taxonomy of occlupanids, better known as their common name of "bread clips". basically a huge collaborative worldbuilding project
Radiooooo : listen to various radio stations from all over the world, throughout different decades
Purrli : "the internet's cat", aka a site for the white noise of specifically a cat purring. good for studying, relaxing, sleeping, and just getting to listen to a cat purr :]
